Mrs. Aday is Flu Victim
Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Pine Grove church for Mrs. Calvin M. Aday, who passed away on Saturday at her residence on Trinity, Route one, as the result of the flu.
Mrs. Aday is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Josephine Johnson and Mrs. Gertrude McLemore of Trinity, Route one; two sons, Edward of Hillsboro, Route 1 and Dan of Trinity, Route 1; her mother, Mrs. M. E. Madry of Decatur, Route 1; three brothers, R. D. of Birmingham, W. D. of Trinity, Route 1 and D. P. of Decatur, Route 1; one sister, Mrs. George Sheets of Trinity, Route 1.
Services were conducted by Rev. Ben Compton and interment was directed by Highsmith.
The deceased had been an active member of the Congregational Methodist church.
