Coleman, April 16-- Last rites for Hector Howard Brooks who was killed in action on Guam, July 21, 1944, will be Saturday at Wrights Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Coleman Cemetery. Private Brooks who was born October 26, 1925 in Lampasas, Texas, came to Coleman in 1938. He served with the Marine Corps.[Third Marines]
