Born in Hartford, he had lived in Norwich for over fifty years. Marshall attended St. Michael's Grammar School and graduated from Weaver High School in Hartford.
He is survived by many relatives and friends.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield (Section P).
