Margaret was the oldest of seven children all born in Allegheny County: Mary Ellen, Sarah Ann, Samuel Barber, William, Nancy Jane and John G. McCamish.
Margaret died at the young age of only 17 years old on November 6, 1839 in Alegheny Co. She is laid to rest with her parents and siblings, Mary Ellen, Samuel and Willie in Beulah Presbyterian Churchyard,Churchill Borough, Wikins Townshhip, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
