MUNCIE - Tena H. Frost, 79, died Saturday, November 5, 2005 at Ball Memorial
Hospital following an extended illness.
She was born March 10, 1926, in Wayne County, Kentucky, the daughter of James
Dallas and Ida Pauline Armstrong Campbell.
She graduated from Wayne County High School and Lindsy Wilson College in
Columbia, Kentucky.
Mrs. Frost was a teacher in Wayne County Schools and a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Dillen S. Frost; her son, Timothy W.
Frost, (wife, Sherry), Muncie; her daughter, Joy L. Johns, (husband, Roger),
Dunkirk; three brothers, Jay P. Campbell, (wife, Betty), Mooreland, Joe
Campbell, (wife, Barbara), Hagerstown, and Oscar Campbell, Economy; two sisters,
Christine Wilson, New Castle, and Irene Persinger, Indianapolis; her sister-in-law,
Kathleen Campbell, Monticello, Kentucky; and five grandchildren, Roger Johns,
II, (wife, Randi), Brownsburg, Daniel Johns, Imboden, Arkansas, Samuel Johns,
Dunkirk, Jacob Frost and Carrie Frost, both of Muncie.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Reba Campbell; and
three brothers, Kenneth, Kendrick and Charlie Campbell.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 9, 2005, at Parson Mortuary
with Rev. Jerry Nelson officiating.
Burial will follow in New Lisbon Cemetery.
Friends may call at Parson Mortuary from 5 until 8 p.m. Tuesday or an hour
prior to the services on Wednesday.
