Enid, formerly Kiowa, Kansas - Graveside service for Berneice Lawson, 94, was Thursday, January 28, 2010 11:00 a.m. at Capron Cemetery east of Capron, Oklahoma with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Kiowa, Kansas

Berneice was born on February 18, 1916 in Freedom, Oklahoma to George Bryson and Ina Moreland Bryson and passed from this life on Saturday, January 23, 2010 in Enid, Oklahoma. Berneice lived and worked in Enid for a short time.
She married Gustave "Tave" Korff on September 2, 1949 and moved to Iowa to farm with Tave. Berniece married Frosty Lawson on January 30, 1990, they were married for 13 years. She was a member of the Kiowa Congregational United Church of Christ in Kiowa.
She is survived by one sister . . . ; step-son, . . . step-daughter, . . . step-grandchildren dn step great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Berneice was preceded in death by her first husband, Tave in 1978; and second husband, Frosty Lawson in 2003, brothers, Paul and Mart Bryson and sisters, Lena McJunkin and Lois Provost.
