Dies, Rites Set
Services will be 2:30 p.m Tuesday in the Bokchito Baptist Church for Jacob Milton Sirkle, 80, Bokchito, who died Sunday in a local hospital. The Rev. Brent Adams, assisted by the Rev. Frank Sawyer, will officiate, with burial in Bokchito cemetery.
Aretired mechanic, Sirle had lived in Bryan County sin 1903. He was born Nov. 9, 1889 in Bonham, Tex., and was member of the Church of Christ. He married Oct. 31, 1909 in Yarnaby to Jewell Stowers, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Dr. Robert M. Sirkle and Raymond Sirkle, both of Lexington, Ky; and a sister, Mrs. Ludie Stoutt, Ardmore.
Pallbearers will be Jim Sawyer, Bill Parker, Trella T. Houston, M. C. Eater, Holland Robinson, Earl Taylor, David Robinson, and E. W. Austin.
