Isabella was born on 9 Aug 1896 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts, USA on 9 Aug 1896. She was the daughter of Michele Casoli and Carmela Unknown.

Isabella married Carmine Fuccillo in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts, USA on 5 Jun 1920. When they married, Carmine was not a citizen of the USA. Due to this fact and the laws of the time, Isabella lost her right to her citizenship. Once she lost her citizenship, she had to re-apply for citizenship. Her "petition filed under Sec 4, Act of Sep 22 1922 as amended". Once women won the right to vote (actually a right to citizenship) the archaic practice of defining a woman by her father or husband came to an end. However, the woman did have to make a petition for citizenship. Sadly, the new law took affect with-in a year of their marriage. Isabella was "re" naturalized in Boston, Suffolk, USA on 17 Aug 1936.

She died in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts, USA and was buried in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden, Middlesex, Massachusetts, USA on 12 Jun 1964. She is buried with her husband; Carmine, their sons; Pasquale & Carmen and Carmen's wife; Margaret C. Unknown.
