Walter H. Spellman, age 73, of Novi, Michigan, passed away November 2, 2009 at Providence Hospital in Southfield. He was born January 19, 1936 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Walter Sr. and Dorothy Spellman.
Walter graduated from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA and began working at Gimbel's Department Store in Pennsylvania as a manager of data information. He then moved to Michigan to work for J.L. Hudson's and then began working at other retail companies until his retirement in 1997. Walter loved all animals, he also enjoyed model trains, golf and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
