Edward Payson Myers II, 61, of Honolulu, chief scientist for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Undersea Research Program, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Clearwater, Fla. He is survived by wife Maureen W., son Edward P. III, stepson David T. Reynaud, daughter Brynn, stepmother Barbara B. Tilley and a grandchild. Private services. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to St. Francis Hospice or charity.
