Mrs. Rosa Hanck, 91, a native of Buffalo County, Wis., died this morning at Sauer Memorial Home, Winona.

The former Rosa Ruedy, she was born July 28, 1885, in the Town of Montana, Buffalo County, to Florian and Christina Wieland Ruedy. She married William Schroeder in 1906 in Buffalo City, Wis. He died Feb. 9, 1920. She married Alfred C. Hanck Nov. 25, 1922, in Winona. He died Feb. 19, 1962. She had lived at Alma most of her life. She has been a resident of the Sauer Memorial Home the past year and had lived with a daughter in LaCrosse, Wis., and Winona for four years prior.

She was a member of St. Paul's and St. Luke's United Church of Christ, Alma, and its Ladies Aid, the Auxiliary of the American Legion Post No. 224 at Alma and the Royal Neighbors of America Lodge at Alma.

Survivors are: one daughter, Mrs. Clifford L. (Marjorie) Evans, Winona; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, George Ruedy, Mondovi, Wis., and several nieces and nephews. One daughter, two sisters and two brothers have died.

Funeral services will be held at Stohr-Hagen Funeral Home, Alma, Saturday at 2 p.m., the Rev. Richard E. Townsend-Anderson, St. Paul's and St. Luke's United Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in the Alma Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday until time of services.
