Mother is Elizabeth Gott (unknown burial site).

Death cert. listed her Female, white, married, as Mrs. Sarah Frances Moore. Parents were Moses F and Elizabeth [Gatl] Harris. Her father from KY. and mother from ND. Husband J N Moore. Alma Lohmeyer funeral home. Informant Mrs. G Long. She passed away in the Baptist Hospital.

Her death cert. has her birth year as 1956 and I had the info it was 1854. The monument has the 1854 date. Not sure which is error. There is a marriage listed for a Sarah Francis Paris and Jonathan Newton Moore Dec. 19, 1872. The documents handwriting is easy enough to read and listed the wife with surname of Paris.

I was sent this e-mail regarding her maiden name and the death cert. I have found the only back up for the maiden name was the marriage cert. It is possible the name Paris on that was an error. It would not be the first time that I have found those documents to contain errors. Perhaps someone can clear this up with something more concerning this family. Also possible other errors, the year of birt on this death cert. could be wrong and not in agreement with the year of birth on the monument. I have found that all of these have had errors as well. Where the error lies in this one I do not know at the moment. Maybe a clue will be found with the informant listed on the death cert. for Sarah the Mrs. G Long. Her and Sarah had the same address listed on the document. That makes me think there is a married daughter involved. But I have known nieces or other married family members to be informants so not sure at this time who Mrs. Long is. Here is a possible to this Sarah was the wife of J N Moore and it could be the death cert. of another Sarah Moore buried in Maple Park. It turns out the Mrs. Long was daughter

Please edit name:
Maiden name is incorrect on death cert. Her maiden name was Paris.
and this correction as well.
I believe this is the wrong death certificate. Sarah F Paris was born in 1954 and her husband was Jonathan Newton Moore. Both buried in Maple Grove Cemetery. Her parents were John Henry Paris and Lina Maniza Jolley. I could be wrong, please let me know if I am incorrect. Thanks, Nina

You are correct to leave Sarah Frances Moore's father as Moses T. Harris. This is confirmed by Sarah's published obituary and by a marriage record for her son, Carl Richard Moore. Sarah is NOT the daughter of John and Lina Maniza Paris. That daughter has other records validating that she was not in Missouri with Jonathan Newton Moore.
