Mrs. Nannie Driskell
Mrs. Nannie Driskell, 91, of Lovelady, died early Tuesday morning in a local nursing home.
Mrs. Drisekell, born Nov. 30, 1877, in Meridian, Miss., had lived in Houston County most of her life. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Lovelady Baptist Church, with Rev. E. W. Solomon officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen
Cemetery in Lovelady.
Pallbearers were Joe Lynn Driskell, Monte Jack driskell, Larry King, Jack King, Johnny Driskell and Tommy Driskell.
Survivors include two sons, Jasper Driskell of Crockett and Joe Driiskell of Lovealdy; two daughters, Mrs. L. C. Brown and Mrs. J. H. King, both of Lovealdy; a sister, Mrs. Ora Straughan of Lovelady; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.
Callaway Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
