Mrs. Hattie (Mann) Edwards, Route 5, Box 259, Oregon City, died Saturday afternoon at a Portland hospital following a short illness involving her heart.
Mrs. Edwards was born in Oregon City and had spent most of her life at Clackamas Heights. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Oregon City.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Emma Teeple, Portland, a step-brother Walter Mann, Oregon City; and two nephews, Melvin Mann, Ft. Worth, Tex., and Cecil Emert, Portland. A brother, William Mann, died last February.
Rev. Arliss Johnson will officiate at the 3 PM service Thursday, March 3, at the Holman-Hankins-Rilance funeral home. Interment will follow at the Mt. View Cemetery.
