By 1881 or 2 the entire family picked up again and moved to Graceville, MN. They spread out a little, but remained in the same general area.
Mary never married, she was a dress maker by profession. By 1900 her sister Margaret and 2 children had returned from WI without her husband and Mary was living with them in Wheaton.
She died of epilepsy and pulmonary tuberculosis in Wheaton, and was brought to the 'family' cemetery, Graceville Catholic cemetery, for burial, where she is near her parents.
