Mrs. Buchanan
Mrs. Maggie Eubanks Buchanan of Lifsey Springs community of Pike County, died at Emory University Monday morning. Mrs. Buchanan was a lifelong resident of Pike County and an active member of the Beulah Baptist Church in Pike County. Survivors include her husband, Aubrey W. Buchanan; two daughters, Mrs. Nancy Sancimino of San Leandro, Calif., and Mrs. Mintie Rogers of San Jose, Calif.; five sons, C. M. Buchanan of Willis Park, Calif., W. J. Buchanan, D.B. Buchanan, both of Molena, A.C. Buchanan of Barnesville, Benjamin Buckanan of San Jose, Calif.; a brother, C.D. Eubanks of Macon; 26 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Beulah Baptist Church with the Rev. Clarence Benny officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body was carried to the residence to remain until carried to the church one hour prior to the funeral hour.
