Lona "Laura Mae" Bumgarner-Carter, 65, of Oss Williams Road, Limestone, died Thursday 2-11-2010 afternoon at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Daughter and son-in-law: Mary and Frank Dishner, two sons and daughters-in-law: Charles and Tamar Bumgarner, and Michael Dale and Sheriease Bumgarner, her grandchildren and their spouses: Ray and Ashley Fox, David Fox, Matthew and Ashley Bumgarner, and Damion Bumgarner, "Little" Michael Bumgarner, Candra Jones , and Ray Barlow, Josh Barlow, and Vanessa Kelley, , four great-grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law: Lannie and Dorothy Owens of Seymour; three sisters: Loretta "Kitten" Brown, Elizabeth "Liz" Stewart, and Margaret Sisk , a sister-in-law: Clara Owens , several nieces and nephews; and a special friend: Marion Ford, who was like a sister to her, her family noted.
She was a daughter of the late Earl and Josie Cameron Owens and was preceded in death by two brothers: Ed Owens and Liston Owens; and a sister: Iona Watts.
