Ruth Ann Rotenberger, age 60, of rural Milnor, ND passed away Monday, March 29, 2004 at her home near Milnor, ND.
Funeral services for Ruth Rotenberger were held on Thursday, April 1, 2004 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Lisbon, ND with Rev. Norm Anderson and Rev. David Killeen officiating. Burial as at Oakwood Cemetery, Libson.
Music for the service was provided by Cindy Hagel, organist, and Charlene Rondestvedt was soloist.
Pallbearers were Todd Urbach, Doug Rotenberger, Andy Stroh, Jim Cahn, Mark Boysen, and Dale Boysen.
Ruth was born September 30, 1943 in Starbuck, MN to Edith (Magnuson) and Willis Bartholomew. She attended school in Barrett, MN and graduated from high school there.
On May 1, 1965 she was united in marriage to Ronald G. Rotenberger in Barrett, MN. They farmed near Milnor, ND. Ruth worked at Lisbon Area Health Services Nursing Home for several years and the ND Veterans Home for several years. She had been a 4-H leader for McLeod Ag., a member of Rosemeade Homemakers Club and Garden Club.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald of Milnor, ND; sons, Gary of Kalmar, IA, David of Milnor, ND, and Paul Osowski of Fargo, ND; daughter, Carmen Krueger of Clinton, IA; 7 grandchildren; mother, Edith Bartholomew of Alexandria, MN; brothers, Roger of Barrett, MN, Leonard of Andover, MN, and Robert of Maple Grove, MN; sisters, Donna (Dave) Chan of Ham Lake, MN and Shirley (Gary) Boysen of Farwell, MN.
