DENNIS - Princie Mae Morgan, 90, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2007, at her home. She was born May 27, 1917, in Belmont to J.T. and Ruthie Gurley Carr. She was a beautician and a member of Tishomingo Church of Christ.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Belmont with Bro. Steve Hodgin officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Nella Rutherford and Brenda Middleton (Billy), both of Dennis; one sister, Nellie Taylor of Iuka; four grandchildren, Vickie White of Tishomingo, Candace Barry (Shannon), Keith Middleton (Chasity) and Craig Middleton, all of Dennis; seven great-grandchildren, Jesse White of Morgantown, Pa., Charlie White of Memphis, Krista Thomas, Kylee Barry, Parker Middleton, Carson Middleton and Collin Middleton, all of Dennis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Morgan; her parents; and six brothers, Edgar Carr, Lester Carr, Burnice Carr, Birt Carr, Ransom Carr and Carl Carr.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Carr, Shane Carr, Stanley Page, Joseph McNatt, Sam Morgan and Shannon Barry.
