DENNIS - Woodrow "Buck" Morgan, 94, died Monday, July 9, 2007, at Iuka Hospital. He was born May 8, 1913, in Alabama to Jesse and Nelia Suggs Morgan. He was a truck driver and a member of Tishomingo Church of Christ.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Belmont with Bros. Terry Smith and Steve Hodgin officiating. Visitation will be until the hour of service. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 73 years, Princie Carr Morgan of Dennis; two daughters, Nella Rutherford and Brenda Middleton and husband, Billy, all of Dennis; four grandchildren, Vickie White of Tishomingo, Candace Barry and husband, Shannon, Keith Middleton and wife, Chasity, and Craig Middleton, all of Dennis; seven great-grandchildren, Jesse White of Morgantown, Pa., Charlie White of Memphis, Krista Thomas, Parker Middleton, Carson Middleton, Kylee Barry and Collin Middleton, all of Dennis; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Stanley Page, Joseph McNatt, Bill Stennett, Sam Morgan, Danny Morgan and Shannon Barry.
