Jeanne E. Armstrong, a tax officer for State Street Bank and Trust Co., died Wednesday in her home in Marblehead. She was 49. Born in Lynn, Ms. Armstrong graduated from Marblehead High School and Chandler College in Boston.
She had been tax officer for State Street Bank and Trust Co. in Boston since 1967.
She leaves her father, Harold S. Armstrong of Marblehead; a brother, William H. Armstrong of Hollywood, Fla.; and her fiance, Robert Beatey of Scituate.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Richardson's Funeral Home in Lynn. Burial will be in Waterside Cemetery in Marblehead.
