Marks, Willard Ainsworth, 80, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday, December 14, 2002 at Suncoast Manor. He was born in Duluth, Minnesota, and came here in 1977 from Pennsylvania. He graduated from West Point in 1944, and served in the United States Army during WWII. He received the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, and the Combat Infantryman's Badge in World War II. He retired from the military due to wounds received during the war. He was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, the St. Petersburg Yacht Club, Retired Officers Association and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. He was a graduate of the Wharton School of business where he received an MBA. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Marjorie Marks, of St. Petersburg, 3 daughters; Margaret Alice Marks-Hopkins, of Richmond, Virginia, Marjorie Anne Marks-Keafer of Cape Cod, Massachusetts and Marylee Ainsworth Marks-Leitner of Ft.
