A retired miner-carpenter at Clyde No. 1 mine, Fredericktown, of the Republic Steel Corporation, he was born at Pittsburgh, August 2, 1876, and had lived most of his life at Waynesburg and the past 32 years at Millsboro.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a daughter, Mrs. William Bonham, of Millsboro, and a son Walter Barndoller, of Detroit, Mich., and a brother, Walter Barndollar, of Glenshaw, near Pittsburgh. Five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also are living.
He was a member of the UMW Local No. 688, at Fredericktown.
