Virginia E. Beam, 75, of 212 11th Ave., Juniata, died unexpectedly at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, 1992, at her home.
Mrs Beam was employed as a waitress at James L. Noble VFW Post, Juniata, for more than 20 years.
She was born April 16, 1916, in Altoona, the daughter of Harry and Elsie M. (Brubaker) Irwin. She married Robert L. Beam on Oct. 19, 1950, in Altoona.
Surviving are her husband, 15 children: Joseph R. Conrad in Ohio, Shirley L. Beam,at home, Johnny M.Conrad in New Jersey, Charles E.
Conrad, Darryle A. Beam, Larry M. Beam, Rob erst K. Beam and Manessa J. O'Shell of Altgoona, Rodney D. Beam in Texas, and Robert E. Conrad, Lunell E. Conrad, Margaret K. Conrad, William F. Heininger, Terry E. Heininger, 25 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Also surviving is a brother, Earl in Texas.
Mrs. Beam was a member of James L. Noble VFW Ladies Auxillary since 1957.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Juniata.
BEAM - Services for Virginia E. Beam of 212 11th Ave., Juniata, will. be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata, by the Rev. J. Paul Taylor. Interment at Carson Valley Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the funeral home. Preceded in death by three children: Earl C. Conrad, Dennis Conrad and Roberta Beam.
