STATESVILLE - Mrs. Nellie Lackey Brown, 90, retired J.C. Penny sales clerk, died Sept. 5, 1993, at Maple Leaf Nursing Home. Funeral is 2 p.m. Tuesday at Nicholson Funeral Home. Visitation is 7 to 8:30 tonight.
Survivors are her son, Lee Brown Jr. of Myrtle Beach; daughters, Mrs. Virginia Cowan of Charlotte, Mrs. Doris Crawford of Huntersville, Mrs. Louise Smith; sister, Mrs. Mildred Hefner of Temple Hills, Md.
