Snowball was one of three kittens born to my sister in law's cat, Salty Sue. When my mom and I visited her with my husband in August 1991, my mom adopted Snowball and her sister, Spitzy. Their brother, Little One remained with my in-laws.
Snowball began having random sudden seizures in the months before her death. Her health rapidly declined after that and my mom made the decision to have her put in her forever sleep. Eventhough Snowball originally tested negative for and was (then) vaccinated against FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis), a post mortem revealed that she did in fact have FIP.
