Maple K. Bordley August 9, 1927 - March 12, 2010 COLUMBUS, GA— Mrs. Maple K. Bordley, 82, of 4562 Conner Rd., Columbus died Friday, March 12, 2010 at Columbus Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 18, 2010 at Nazareth Baptist Church with Rev. Robert L. Holston officiating. Interment will follow in Ft. Benning Post Cemetery according to Sconiers Funeral Home, 836 5th Ave., Columbus. Visitation will be 12:00-7:00 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Bordley was born August 9, 1927 in Opelika, AL the daughter of the late Brady and Ida Stephens Kindred. She was a retired LPN and a member of Nazareth Baptist Church, a member of the Choir and the Ethel Vance Circle and Adult Sunday School Class. Mrs. Bordley was preceded in death by her husband, SFC William H. Bordley. Maple leaves to celebrate her life a loving daughter, Tracy L. Epps and her husband, Chandler Epps, Sr., a devoted son-in-law; four grandchildren, Marquel, Shanesha Nicole, Chandler, Jr. and Elijah; great grandchild, Jaden, all of Columbus; two sisters, Mattie Phillips of Columbus and Morriel Martin of Detroit, MI; one sister-in-law, Kate Kindred of Apoka, FL; nieces, nephews , cousins and friends.
