Sept 13 2005 Jordan Varney of Maysel, "Bravest of All" 15 year old beloved son , brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, friend, ended his 9 year battle with brain cancer Sunday September 11, 2005. He is now in peace, the people he leaves behind will forever be better people for knowing him. He will live in our hearts forever, he has taught us to make the most of what you have, don?t complain, be happy and do what you have to do. Welcoming Jordan to heaven are grandparents Bob and Edith Varney, aunt Nancy Varney, uncle Lawrence
Davis, and two special angels Kathryn and Rachel Adkins. Jordan is survived by his parents Bill and Karen Varney of Maysel ,Three brothers Billy wife Tammy ,and daughter Tailynn of Bomont, Joshua, and Nicholas at home, and one sister Katelyn at home. Aunts Ann Davis of Pinch, Sue Varney of Maysel, Mary Vaughn of Maysel, uncle John Varney of Miami Fl., several cousins Bobby, Tony, Paul Vaughn and families, special cousins Derek and Rinda Milewski (Aunt Nancy). Special friends Danny and Dawn Fitzwater, Shawna and Juston, and Aiden Taylor, Angela and Greg Brown. God has been with us through this long journey. We would like to thank the churches and the people of the community of Clay County and beyond. We had a very special lady that gave us the peace that we had
done everything possible to help Jordan here on earth. We will always keep her in our hearts, Dr. Kathy Warren of NCI, we love you. We would like to thank the staff of Women and Children Hospital, NIH, Hospice House, and the hospice staff Amy and Richie.
