"Old Timer Dead
A. Miller of Beaver Creek, one of the old settlers of Sheridan County, died last Saturday of a paralytic stroke. The funeral was held from the Christian Church in this city Sunday at 2 o'clock, when the sermon was preached by Rev. Blanchard. Smith & Thompson were in charge of the funeral. The deceased was 68 years and 9 months old. He was highly respected by all who knew him, having lived a useful life."
