GEORGIA HAYWARD, 92 of Benton, KY, passed away Friday, March 18, 2016 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

She was a member of Sharpe Missionary Baptist Church and formerly worked as a seamstress for Perry’s in Paducah.

She is survived by her two daughters, Betty Ferrell of Aurora, CO and Bert Muenks of Tell City, IN, one sister, Lue Ellen Holman of Bernie, MO, eleven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John S. Hayward, one daughter, Barbara Hodges, one sister, Bobbie Jo Duckett, and five brothers, J.R. Kelton, Earl Kelton, Ed Kelton, Jr., Burl Kelton, and an infant brother. Her parents were Ed Kelton and Mabel Ralph Kelton.

Memorials: The family has requested that memorial contributions may be made to the McCracken County Made to Stay 126 Cambridge Drive Paducah, KY 42001

Services: Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home. Rev. Chris Moore and Dale Holman will officiate and burial will follow in the Fooks Cemetery.
Visitation: Friends may call from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Monday, March 21, 2016 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home.
