Mrs. Ann Davis.
Mrs. Ann Davis aged 75 died of pneumonia at the home of her son, David Davis, Tuesday morning at an early hour.
Mrs. Davis was born in Danbon, Wales in 1833 where she grew to womanhood and married. In February 1869 she moved with her family to this country and settled in Ohio, where they resided until they came to St. Charles six years ago.
She was the mother of eleven children, six of whom survive her. They are Mrs. Mary Brink, Mrs. Mornin, James H., William, Gomer, and David with whom she lived. Also thirty-five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
The remains were taken to Pigeon Run, Ohio, today where internment will be made.
