Obituary:
Blaise "Blaiser" Martin Anderson Jr., age 28, of Nunica, passed away Friday, November 10, 2006 at Mercy General Hospital. He was born July 20, 1978 in Grand Haven to Blaise M. and Linda (Cashler) Anderson Sr. Blaise was a 1996 graduate of Spring Lake High School and graduated from GVSU with a degree in Business Administration. He was employed as a landscaper and enjoyed hunting, camping, playing his guitar, and spending special time with his daughter Abigail, who was the light of his life. Survivors include his daughter Abigail Anderson of Ferrysburg and a special little girl Hailey. Also his parents, Blaise and Linda Anderson Sr. of Nunica; 2 sisters, Rosalind (Chris) Berry of North Muskegon, Anna Anderson, at home; 2 brothers, Timothy (Kendra) Anderson of Spring Lake and Arthur Anderson, at home; special friends Becky, Matt, and Pamela; 4 nieces, Madison, Cyndel, Brittney, Destiny; 1 nephew, Noah; and several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jacob and grandparents, Oscar and Elnora Anderson and Arthur and Marie Cashler. The funeral liturgy for Blaise will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Rev. Leonard Sudlik as celebrant. Friends may meet the family Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at VanZantwick, Bartels, Kammeraad in Spring Lake where a Scripture Service will be held Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be in Nunica Cemetery.
