ANDERSON — Terrell "Bug" Houston Jr., 61, passed away March 21, 2010, at Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie. He was born Feb. 23, 1949, in Indianapolis, to the late Terrell (Terry) Houston and Ophelia Minnis-Houston. He relocated to Anderson in 1990.

He retired in 2003 from General Motors Indianapolis Metal Stamping Plant after 35 years of service. His hobbies included caring for his fish aquarium, watching Indianapolis Colts and various other sports, and spending quality time with family.

Terrell was preceded in death by his parents, Terrell (Terry) Houston Sr. and Ophelia Minnis Houston; and brother, Fred Minnis.

A special thank-you is extended to caregivers: . . .; Community Hospital Anderson, Community North, Methodist and Ball Memorial hospitals; and Manor Care.

The local arrangements include a visitation from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday with services beginning at 6 p.m. at L.C. May Funeral Services, 2024 Madison Ave.

Final services will be held noon Saturday in Indianapolis at 7th and 8th United Christian Church. 2916 W. 30th St. The visitation will begin one hour prior to services at the church. Entombment will follow in Floral Park.
