Betty Mullen Griffin, 68, of Grenada, died Thursday, August 31, 2000 at Baptist Hospital in Jackson. MS. Griffin was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Services were held Saturday, September 2 at Garner-Harper Chapel with interment in Senatobia Memorial Cemetery. Dr. Clarence Cooper and Dr. Jim Futral officiated.
Ms. Griffin is survived by her husband, Ben Griffin of Grenada; one son, Mark Griffin of Senatobia; three sisters, Mary Moore of Charleston, Miss., Edna Davis and Josephine Bell, both of Grenada; one brother, James Mullen of Jackson, Miss.; and two grandchildren.
