Husband of Judith (Trace) Rallya (1806-1860). They were married on September 27, 1827 in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. David died between August 1854 and 1856.
David was the son of Revolutionary War soldier, David Ralya (Relyea) of Crawford County, Pennsylvania. He was the father of at least eleven children with Judith including: John T., Maria Amelia, Amos James, Rebecca, Ellis, Sarah Ann, Amanda, Lafayette, Anthony Wayne and Ellen Louisa Rallya. (It appears that David and Judith also had a daughter born about 1828 who died between 1830 and 1840).

Note: The Rallya family (David D. and Judith Rallya) owned the land where this cemetery was located. It was called the Rallya Cemetery and later Old Freeport Cemetery. Although no headstones have been found for David D. and Judith, this cemetery was active at the time of their deaths between 1854 and 1860. Judith's husband died in Freeport between August 9, 1854 and1856. It is believed they are both buried in this cemetery on their land.
