I'm having a hard time figuring out what her maiden name was. It looks like either Thomilan or Tomilan on her death certificate. I have also heard Tomlin or Timlin. Timlin is given as her maiden name in my great-uncle's 1962 death notice (no death notice or obit exists for Lydia, unfortunately).
Her grave gives her birth date as 1881, while her death certificate gives it as 1888. Lydia Wilson suffered a severe nervous breakdown in 1950 and had been admitted to the now-closed Philadelphia State Hospital at Byberry.
The only record I was able to obtain (which indicates that she was committed on October 31, 1950) gives her age as 68.
According to the October 1951 death certificate, her mother's maiden name was Mary Rohan (it could well be "Rowan"). On that document, there is a question mark after the month of her birth.
