Jonas Knapp a pioneer of this county, died at his home in Clarendon Saturday aged 86 years. He is survived by a son, Fred Knapp, who resides on the old homestead, and three daughters, Mrs. Frank Wright of Fredonia, Mrs. Bashfield of Jackson and another daughter of Tekonsha. Funeral ws held Tuesday at the Clarendon M. E. church. Deceased was a member of the Lyon Lake church.
