Milmoth Rogene Miller was the daughter of Rev. Albert G. Miller; the oldest child with 3 younger brothers. She was a scenic artist. Her stage designs for various Mardi Gras balls are on display at the Mobile, AL Museum. She also was the original artist-designer for America's Junior Miss Pageant. She was an accomplished seamstress as well. In her younger days she dressed windows for McCrory's Department. Store in Mobile . The Locke sisters were co-workers and introduced her to their brother, Alto Locke, they married in Sept 1933 and are survived by their three daughters, grandchildren and other relatives.
