She was born at Somerset, Ky., and came to the Gallatin County when she was two years old, attending schools in the Belgrade area.
She was married to Benona M. Bennett on Nov. 28, 1910.
After her marriage, she lived on 16 Mile from 1910 until 1928, when she moved to Belgrade.
She was the last survivor of nine children.
Survivors include a son, Leslie A. Bennett of Clinton; a daughter Dorothy Kallestad of Belgrade; three grandchildren, Wayne Bennett of Boise, Idaho, Joe Bennett of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Carol Svensrud of Sheridan, Wyo.; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Dokken-Nelson Sunset Chapel. Burial will be at Sunset Hills Cemetery.
