AGETSTEIN , Milton "Mickey" Agetstein , 96, of Madison Heights, died Friday, January 29, 2010, at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was the husband of the late Ada Doris "Pat" Beckhardt Agetstein. Born January 8, 1914 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Max and Yetta Sugerman Agetstein. He was a retired Vice President of the Capitol Steel Corp. of Baltimore and was a member of Thomas Terrace Baptist Church. Mr. Agetstein is survived by two children, Patsy Reverski and husband, Robert of Bruceton, WV and Sue Pickett and husband, John of Madison Heights; one sister, Natalie Shapiro and husband, Ellis of Baltimore, MD; grandchildren, Robert, Erick, Brandon, Rebekah, Jennifer, Jill, and Christopher and great-grandchildren, Bethany, Andrew, Kathryn, Alexander, Lauren, Erick, Chloe, Lana, Mary Elizabeth, Raechel, Stephen, Eleanor, Madison, Gabriel, Brianna, and David.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 1, 2010 at Thomas Terrace Baptist Church with the Rev. Mark Grooms and the Rev. John Pickett officiating. A reception will be held following the service in the church gymnasium. Private interment will be held at Briarwood Memorial Gardens, Amherst.
