Baldwin 49 Wife, Melville N. Baldwin 20 Son, Stella S. Baldwin 17 Daughter, George L. Baldwin 10 Son, Josephine Baldwin 7 Daughter, Grace Baldwin 5 Daughter, Florence Baldwin 2 Daughter. Noyes Baldwin was enumerated at Lander, Fremont County, Wyoming, in the 1890 Veterans Schedules of the U.S. Federal Census.

Mayor Noyes Baldwin, one of the pioneers of Wyoming, died on the 12th at Lander.

Lander, Wyo., January 12. Mayor Noyes Baldwin, one of the pioneers of Wyoming, died at his residence here this morning. The deceased was a native of Connecticut. He went to California in 1849 and from there went to Nevada. During the war he raised a battalion of Nevada cavalry and served in Utah and Wyoming with George Connor. He was a conspicuous figure in Wyoming history for more than a quarter of a century.
