Uncle Bill, what a wonderful person, God fearing and just a blessing to this family so many times over. Uncle Bill and my Grandpaw were best friends. The one thing I miss is he never got my name right:) I dont know why but I never corrected him, its like something that I got a kick out of. And as a kid I was never to correct an elder so it carried thru until his passing. Uncle Bill passed just 5 weeks before my wedding. I truly was missing him during that time, tho I know he was where God needed him to be. My Aunt June (his wife) was at my wedding shower and she had a gift and I told her I wasnt expecting her to go out and buy anything. Aunt June told me Uncle Bill had ask her to take him to Middlesboro so he could pick out a gift for our wedding. I have treasured it since.
