James Pixley, Company H, 145th OH Volunteer Infantry, d. in ward B at the hospital at 2 o'clock PM on Saturday. He enlisted at Camp Chase, OH, USA, 2 May 1864 and was discharged 24 Aug 1864, on a surgeon's disability. He was 71 years of ae., and pensioned at $12 a month, was admitted to the home 5 Jul 1892.
