Death of Adam Reed.
Adam Reed, who has been sick for a long time, died Saturday night, Dec. 28. Mr. Reed was born near Lewisberg, O., Oct. 22, 1827; he married Susanna Jamison in 1856. To this union were born three sons and two daughters, who with his wife survive him. He was aged 80 years, 2 months, 7 days. He was the youngest of five brothers and two sisters. Services were conducted at the home 1 1-2 miles north of Lapaz on the Michigan road, Dec. 31, at 2:30 p.m., by his pastor, Rev. M. L. Peter. Burial at Fair cemetery.
