Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday July 10, 1983. at Wealtha Nelson Freewill Baptist Church on Sand Creek Road, Ranger, WV. with the Rev. James Lambert. Burial will be in Nelson Cemetery, Ranger, West Virginia. He was born July 11, 1910 in Harts, Lincoln, West Virginia in (Queensridge). A son of the late Johney and Mary (Lambert) Workman. He was a retired coal miner in Verdunville, West Virginia and a member of the Village Church of God in Winter Haven, Florida. He was married twice to (1) Nora Spence & (2) Fannie Belle Hughes. He had 15 children total. Six children from his first marriage and Nine children from his second marriage. McGhee Funeral Home, West Hamlin, is in charge of all arrangements. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Friday anytime on Saturday and up until service time on Sunday.
