Miss Martha Baer, 47, of 888 1/2 W. Spring-st, died at 1:05 a.m. Saturday at her residence after an illness of six months. Miss Baer, born in Germany, was a naturalized citizen. She had previously resided in America, had returned to Germany about 20 years ago, and had then returned here about three years ago.
She is survived by three brothers, Sigmund of Lima, David of Chicago, and Jacob of Germany; and a sister, Mrs. Samuel B. Blattner of Lima.
The body will remain at the Davis, Miller and Son funeral home where final rites will be observed at 11 a.m. Sunday. Rabbi Ostrovsky, of the Shaare Zedek temple will officiate and burial will be in Shaare Zedek cemetery.
