TO THE HONORABLE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF HURON COUNTY OHIO

Your petitioners and administrator of the estate of Martha represents that William Robinson, John Ford, Margaret Senix, Alexander Ford, Sarah Wolgomot and Uriah Ford six of the heirs of Martha Ford deceased have claimed their rights to the above estate.

Administrator would further represent that the court that he is informed by the above named heirs that they had two brothers Frederick Ford and Thomas Ford, that said Frederick thought of off abroad of a man of war about 35 or 40 years since & has not been heard of since that time that he was about 16 or 18 years old when he left & unmarried. That said Thomas enlisted in the army at Cincinnati some 30 years ago was heard of soon after that the company in which he enlisted was near New Orleans who was also unmarried and has not been since heard of your petitioners therefore asks this honorable court to make some order in what manner he shall dispose of said estate which consists of money only after paying expenses of administrator.

When the broken stone was replaced with a new marker, the old broken one was removed and is in the possession of Robert Heisler.
