Rebecca was born into a family of 13 children. One died before the 1900 US Census was taken. She married George Germaine Huntley on 23 Mar 1913 in Rutherford County, NC. She died from Bronchial Pneumonia at the age of 32.

Rutherfordton, Jan 11. - Mrs Rebecca Huntley, wife of Mr. Germaine G. Huntley well known citizen of the Melvin Hill section, Polk county, died Tuesday afternoon at her home and was buried at Melvin Hill Church Wednesday afternoon.
