PAULINE FUEHRER (SERR)

Former Resident Buried at Butte January 12th.
Funeral services for Mrs. Pauline Fuehrer, former resident of the Sutton Community, were held at the Butte Community Church Sunday, jan. 12, according to information received this week by her cousin, Henry Fuehrer of Sutton. The deceased was also a cousin of Mrs. M.J. Weiland of Lincoln, also a former resident.
Mrs. Fuehrer nee Serr, was born May 31, 1863 at Worms, South Russia and passed away at the Sacred Heart Hospital at Lynch after short illness, at the age of 94 years, 7 months and 8 days.
She came to America with her parents i 1874. In 1877 she was confirmed in the Reformed church at Sutton. In 1886 she was married to Adam Fuehrer at Sutton. To this union nine children were born.
She was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, one son, three sisters and a brother and half sister.
Surviving Mrs. Fuehrer are six sons and one daughter. They are, Arthur of Rocky Ford, Colo., William of Butte; Herman of Bristow; Gustave of Bonesteel. S. D.; Albert of Isabel, S.D.; Reinhold of Naper; and Mrs. John (Anna) Nicolaus of Butte; also 36 grandchildren, 57 great grandchildren, two sisters and two Half-sisters.
