Louisa married Franklin Lackey of Northbridge on 22 October, 1841 in Douglas. Franklin, b. abt. 1818 in Massachussettts, was the son of Nathan and Sarah (Bathrick) Lackey. After Louisa died on 28 May, 1874, Franklin married second, Mary Ann (Brown) Thayer on 23 Sept. 1875 in Milford.
